Syncing Garmin vivosmart to mfp

Has anyone had trouble or know how I can connect map with the Garmin vivosmart?? We have spent hours and nothing seem to work!!

I've been having problems with it all week. It syncs on the Garmin Connect portion, but does not put any information over into MFP.0

Also having this issue. I had a Jawbone UP which previously died and I got a Garmin connect for Christmas yesterday. So far, not too happy with the "Garmin" experience despite it's reputation. I'm glad that I'm not the only one with this problem. I just got a Vivosmart for Christmas to replace by fitbit flex and I'm seriously frustrated with the mobile app. Fitbit was so much easier.0

Emailed both Garmin and MFP support,hopefully a fix in the new year, same issue syncing data between the Apps

If you go on the Garmin connect on your computer/laptop not the app you can sync it easy... I haven't had any problems0

Go to calories in/out and press the sync button.0

yes its been broken for a couple of weeks now. So manual sync from Garmin Connect is the way to get it to sync.0

I tried the manual sync and it still isnt working. Almost ready to return my vivosmart.

I just called customer service. Their server was down on Sunday and is back up. I'm syncing again for steps and food. You might want to try again...0
