My favorite gift this year was the Nirvana T-shirt.

The only thing I got, since my parents aren't doing very well financially, was a $100 Mastercard gift card from my aunt and uncle. But that was a TREMENDOUS gift. I was moved to tears.

Rack to go on the back of my new bike so I can use panniers. Now, weather permitting, if I don't have to buy a ton of food, I can bike to Trader Joe's and back instead of taking the car.

One of the kids I babysit makes me artwork as presents. She made me a snowman. He's got his hands on his "hips" and a huge frown. He's got red lines running down his body. I asked her what the red lines were, she said he's been shot. I admit I'm a touch twisted, but I love it so much it's not even funny. It's on permanent display on my bookshelf.

My oldest son, who is usually a behavioral disaster, was almost perfect all day long. Best gift I have EVER received. We even got to have some one on one time that night which was very sweet. Also, our middle child was so shocked that Daddy and Mommy didn't get anything in their stockings that he took a good half hour making cards for us and snuck them into our stockings so we'd have something to open. They wear me out, but man I love these kids.

About a year ago, my son left his pillow at church camp, so I gave him mine. Since then I have been using a hard throw pillow... but my husband bought me a fluffy soft pillow for Christmas (we don't normally exchange gifts for the adults) and it's heavenly!! :)
