I am a newbee at my fitness pal. I want to track my food intake etc. for the day.
I am having a hard time doing so. Can any one help me? Thanks!!!

    I still new under a month. Click on the food tab and click on add food for breakfast or whatever meal you are doing. You can type in a specific name, brand, or item and it will bring up choices. Sometimes there are multiples of what look similar, but they have different measurements ie: some will say gram or 1cup and other times it will say 1 piece, 1/4 cup etc.

    Click on it and it will add it. If you wanted to say 1/2 a cup and not the 1 cup showing click on the item itself that was just added to your meal and it allows you to adjust it. Do that for all meals and snacks and beverages that are not water. Track water at the bottom of the page and click finish entry if you are done for the day. If you need to make an adjustment you can come back to that day and add to it.
