New to MFP. Anyone in The Stoney Creek area?

Hi,
I am just getting back into the fitness and healthy eating mode. I have been procrastinating, mostly because my S/O is not very active and we are new to Stoney Creek. I have a goodlife membership that i have also been neglecting. Hoping to meet others interested in getting back into shape and losing some extra pounds. Need motivation and accountability. If anyone is in the area and is interested in a workout buddy pls message me.

It's really hard to find people in a certain area. The site used to be better at narrowing it down but not so much anymore.0

We just moved from Burloak and Lakeshore to Stoney Creek..still have a Goodlife membership from Burlington mall. Do you work out there or have you ever joined Running room?0
