Need connections

Hello, I recently began using MyFitnessPal again and would like to make connections. I have lost weight in the past eating very low carb. My daily goal right now is 100; I'm trying to ease back into it! I would love to get down to less than 50 per day, that's when I start losing weight. I have read Why We Get Fat twice and will probably re-read it soon to get myself motivated. My hubby gave me a vivofit for Christmas and I'm on the way to becoming obsessed with counting my steps, LOL! Are there any other teachers who would like to make connections? I will begin a new position at a middle school in January.

  • I am not a teacher, but want to connect with others trying to lose weight and get healthy. I want to get down 30 and get back to running, after a health issue and demanding job. Feel free to add me.
