Well it seemed seasonal ..riding on a donkey and all that :grinning:

OK I started this journey 1 June when I was mildly asthmatic and chronically lazy and weighed 212lbs at 5'8

I log religiously, I now workout religiously too

I'm currently 171lbs, 41lbs lost but meow importantly I have zero need for asthma medication, no heightened anxiety and I walk with a spring in my step in lots of new size 10-12 (US 6-8) clothes

I still have some more weight to go and some body refinements and I don't consider that this journey will ever end ...it's ongoing, and I love it
