2014 For me ~ 21 years old -60 pounds

In April 2014 my sister and I decided after Easter to start trying to eat better and go for walks in the evening. I was 220 pounds, for for only being 5'1 that put me in the morbidly obese category. 8 months later I have lost almost 60 pounds! I still have around 30 more pounds to go but I know that in 2015 i will finally reach my goals 
I am posting some pictures hoping it will help motivate others. With hard work & dedication you can do ANYTHING... xo

Amazing, thanks for posting this. We are the same hight and I am 10lbs more. You have given me hope. I will be strong and continue. Sometimes I feel so bored and feel like this process is taking forever. Looking at your pics shows me it is possible with time. Thanks again 0
