I just started this yesterday and I really like it !!! I've lost 70 lbs since the summer of 2008. I've always been big and have tried everything !!! After the first 40 lbs , I was at a standstill and in a lull ... something snapped in me this December and I decided to get back into it - full force !! I signed up for an intense, 10 week exercise program with a real nutrition program (eat several small meals consisting of a good carb and lean protein - a very healthy plan with room for some planned cheating).

I started this in January and in 10 weeks I dropped 30 lbs, 18 inches, and 8% of my body fat and have never felt better !!! I am very excited about the progress I've made and thing that this will really help me to stay accountible for the nutrition part of things. My coaches and instructors can't always be with me, but I think this is going to help with that !!!

I'll post some pics but remember - I'm a work in progress !!!

    Well congrats on your great progress, we all have different journeys that we are on but we are all hear to encourage each other to stay on track. It can be hard but nothing is easy. Be sure to add me as a friend.
