So it's not so much that I need to loose weight as it is that I need to get in shape! What are ways that you keep sugar cravings down or to successfully say no to eating too many sweets??
Thanks so much!

Not buying them! Otherwise, after exercise I just don't want to eat crap stuff, so go for a run or something if the craving gets too bad.

Chew gum or brush your teeth. That will seriously cut your desire for sweets.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding too! :drinker:

Sugar Free Jell-O pudding cups! Topped with Sugar Free Cool Whip!

It gives you the dose you THINK you need without ruining your day.

Brush your teeth!!! That works everytime!
  • I buy a bag of Crystal Light Hard Candy. And it totally fixes the sugar craving.

    4 hard candies = 25 calories (Sugar Free)
