in Introduce Yourself
Hi everyone, I don't remember introducing my self when I joined A while back. Well my name is Brenda and I am from Eastern Arkansas. I recently had a knee revision (NOV. 20) after having total knee replacement 8 years ago. During those 8 years I was in constant pain due to the knee component being loose. Hopefully once I am back on my feet, I will be able to workout and get some of this weight off.

I can not believe I lost 18 pounds since I joined, now that's motivation. I am so looking forward to this!!!!!!
