i need a plan for the gym

can someone give me a good plan for the workout ...normally i do chest ..tri..rest back and biceps then rest..and sat & sunday running..or should i do running everyday?? help me out here ..i gotta lose get fit b4 i go bak to my country :p

    I try to do some form of cardio every day and I don't do the same thing 2 days in a row. that way i work different muscles and I don't get bored. I find that if I have a set routine I lose my motivation so I kind of make it up as I go along.... sorry if that doesn't help:ohwell:
