Hi all,
I gave birth to my 2nd peanut in June and have lost all the weight and down to my goal weight of 112lbs but now want to start building muscle. I just don't know where to begin. I tore my left rotator about 12 years ago so I can't lift too much. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,
Jenn

You might want to frequent the
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/goal-gaining-weight
section of the site.
Or visit BB.com as their site has very useful info over there for gaining muscle & have plenty of free lifting routines that would get you started. Stronglift 5x5 is a an excellent progressive starting program if you have a chance to google that.
One bit of advice is to make sure you have around 50% carbs in your diet as you will need energy to supplement your lifting routine. Protein is important, but not as nearly as if you are trying to prevent muscle loss.
