Insanity - a vent.

I got exactly what I asked for christmas. Insanity. I am grateful it was my boyfriend who bought it for me, or if it was out of my own pocket...I probably would have tossed it aside this afternoon.
I did PART of the fit test today. 3/8 of the workouts. Now I will say I PUSHED during those 3 exercises. My panties even fell down from under my capris (NSV!).
I felt incredibly dizzy, almost about to puke...and then anger surfaced...then the blame. I blamed the house for being dry, too small. The dogs for distracting me and getting in my way. My over-night shifts for the *kitten* eating patterns and waking up feeling hung over every day that I work. I even got pissed off at my shoes because my feet were hurting. I was mad at myself for pushing "too hard".
...all from 3 exercises in 3 minutes. Wow.
I looked at my fit test card...ready to crumple it up and give up...after 3 exercises. Thankfully - I am stubborn as ****! Obviously, with my work being over nights I will have to adjust. How, I am not sure yet. I do know that today I did 3/8 workouts...tomorrow I will do the other 5. Then I will do Plyometric cardio the next day..maybe only 50% of the workout, maybe 100%.

I hate the fit test. I did it the first time I did Insanity I did them (although not to completion), but every time after that I skipped it and just did the workouts. I get that it's supposed to be a way to show your progress, but I dreaded them so much that it wasn't really motivational.0
