I would log it as water, but that's just me. I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't.0

I would count it to the water intake. Just because you add something to water - that doesn't change it into anything else, it's still water, just with an additive (in this case medication). If you swallowed a pill with a glass of water, when they combined in your stomach you would not say it was suddenly not water that you drank, right? Same diff, to me.0

Sure. When I administered medicine in a nursing home, I charted any water that was consumed either with powder or what they drank to swallow the medication0

I totally see what you both mean. My thougt was that I had already logged it as medication, so wasnt sure if it could be logged again as water. Its like double logging, even if no cals etc are present. Im just wanting everything to be 100% honest and accurate.0

Ahhhh ok that clears it up for me. Thanks everyone for answering. Ive been missing loads of water then. I'll log it in future. Big thumbs up to you all0

sure why not, you're drinking the water.0

yes i would log it as water you can never have enough our body is composed of almost 80% water0

Im just thinking, should I log the other meds I take, like the tablets, as, even though theres no calorific value, they can effect my weight, as a lot of them cause horrible stuff like constipation ( so heavier obviously lol ) and tiredness so less exercise0

If you wanted to track your meds you could probably just add them to the notes section. But if you're taking the same thing every day I'm not sure there's much point. There might be an app more suited to tracking medications and side effects.0 -
good point. it is the same everyday0

I would track meds if it was only to remind me did I take them today. if you never forget then there really is no point to adding them in.0

I do forget sometimes. It was more so because they effect my weight0
