Friends for Fitness

I am here not just to lose weight. That's easy, I lose weight every January. I am looking to eat healthier, increase my activity, and maintain better fitness after reaching my goal. Looking to interact with individuals having similar thoughts, or not. One can never have too many social interaction. Hoping everyone reading this good luck in reaching your goals!!

    Hi. I'm doing well with the weight loss, but sustaining it later with healthy eating and staying active is harder. I'll send a FR with instructions on how to do it so you can add people.

    Hello.I too am eating healthier,logging food, and started to increase exercise by running. Looking for friends to share frustrations and victories with. New to MFP so not sure how to get friends or keep boards easier to find after In post. Hope to be a part of the new journey with all of you-
