Hi everyone..my name is Ram from Singapore.new to this forum and hope to see fellow friends who have the samegoal in common..LOSE WEIGHT..
Ya it was time for me to check on my weight management as i am not getting any younger..at the age of 33, realized it was now or never..my main reason that i gained weight was my late night supper and drinks(alcohol)..even though i was a bit active i could not see any changes in my weight..so decided to go to gym.with an help of my friend shane who was a personal trainer ,in a month managed to shed off 5kg..it was a great result for me and i am even more motivated to get to my desired results..working hard to achieve it..at the same time i am eating 5 small meals a day and not getting starved the whole day..it helps boost my metabolism..i feel good and already having the self confidence back..
