I would like to join this group. The holidays have been rough! I was about 10 pounds away from my goal weight on Dec. 1st. Now I'm about 13 pounds away from my goal. I need to get back with staying under or on my calorie goal. At least I have kept up my regular exercising or my gain would have been much worse.0

Hi Hannah - count me in here... I sit at a desk/in my car 12 hours of the day - so really hard to move... there are only so many trips to the paper shredder/water cooler/ bathroom that a person can make.
