Hi,
my MFPals have already seen this picture but I finally get around posting it here as well.
After losing 48.6kg (ca. 107 lbs) since 16 March 2013 and getting very close to goal, I realised I now fit into *one leg* of my "fat jeans" which were getting too tight before MFP - WOOT WOOT - LOL

I love photo's like yours!
When I first started MFP (3/12/12) a photo like this inspired me to finally stay committed. I have not looked back since then, and have been at goal weight for 13 months now.

Great accomplishment. As one 51 year old to another you must be very pleased with having your small waist back again (that belt makes it look so tiny). At our age getting this done isn't for the faint of heart

My tip for newbies is to find what works for you, MFP gives us the tools (Thank You, MFP!!!!!) but we each have our own journey.
The most important: Never Ever give up!!!
There will be tough times, there will be frustrating times, but as long as you keep going and you're honest with yourself and your logging you Will succeed!!! Good Luck0 -
