I'm starting to reverse diet so I will b able to maintain on a higher amount of calories after having an eating disorder. Body-wise I am at a healthy weight, lift weights and have muscle. How many calories do I add per week to minimize weight gain or not have any weight gain at all? And how much do I up each macro per week? Thanks!

Hello
You need to give your body stats so we can help you out.. We would also need to know approximately what you were previously eating (calorie-wise) so we know of how much to start you off, and how much to gradually increase your calories weekly..
Generally speaking, if you came from an eating disorder, you will most certainly gain weight, but it is possible to try maintain that you do not gain too much, too quickly. Usually after a long period of weight loss, I reverse diet and gradually increase 100 calories each week.
- These calories come from my carbs.
Usually a person's fat and protein macros are a given, so for me I sit at 60g fats, 170g protein. This stays the same throughout my weight loss or weight gain.
I will thus increase my carb intake each week, to be adding 100 calories, so this would be about 25g of carbs added each week.
Since you are coming from a disorder, you would probably feel more comfortable with adding 50-100 calories a week.

Hi! and ok thanks! I'm currently at only about 1,510 caloies and my macros are 51g F/192g C/77g P. Not sure if this matters but I'm 5ft tall. Thanks again! and yes, between 50-100 sounds pretty good.0
