Agressive cut to long term?

I completed an aggressive cut of 2-3 weeks about a month ago.. and I have just started another aggressive cut (up to 4 weeks, but not more, of aggressive caloric deficit) and I've been doing this for about a week now.
The question:
I have now decided I want to go on a longer term cut from the week's aggressive cut, can I just increase my calories again slightly and be on my way? or will the changes from aggressive to more moderate calorie intake make a difference?
Thanks in advance

How much do you have left to lose?0 -
In terms of weight - I'm not sure.. in terms of bodyfat percentage, I'm currently at 15-16% and wanting to get down to 10-12%
Another small question, would it make sense to do an agro cut now, and wait a month, then perform another agro cut?0 -

I beg to differ.. I've previously gone on short, aggressive cuts and lost between 2% and 5%..0 -

BB.com is full of ***hole 'know-it-all' wanna-be's... I Have been there before, there is more sarcasm there than any actual advice given. No matter how serious the question is.0

I think that cutting for a few weeks at a time makes sense for some people, as does an aggressive cut. If a person is very overweight and just wants to lose weight super fast I'd say no bueno because it doesn't teach good long term weight management skills. But OP is already relatively lean/fit so I see this as a different situation.
OP, I'd just up them right away. Some people experience water weight issues when increasing calories but your deeper cut was short and it wasn't super aggressive so I'd just up them and be done with it.0 -

Can't disagree with that. I know I'm one of those hole 'know-it-all' wanna-be's. Why would you change a strategy that works for you? Has it stopped working?
