! Exercising Toward Easter ! - weight loss/accountability challenge

Hi! My name is Kristen and I have been the host of 12 long term challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This challenge is "! Exercising Toward Easter !" and goes for 12 weeks. It is from January 5 to March 30. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays. You can weigh in early (Thursday – Sunday) so our first weigh in starts on 1/1!
Please don't let the title stop you from joining. I'm a really informal host. The group will be pretty easy going, with a great mix of people posting and supporting each other, along our weight loss journey. "Exercise" is not mandatory, for our group. I'm in. Do you suggest another personal metric? Measurements, body fat, etc? I lose body weight slowly and sometimes get discouraged, but I REALLY need tho accoutability the challenge will ahd. Thanks!0

Not sure what to do next.. my immediate goal is to lose 14 pounds. Long term at least another 10 (total 24). Look forward to positive reinforcement and some smiles.0
