I am Allistar.
I am 5'7 and weigh 167 pounds.
My goal is to get back down to 145 pounds.
What would be a good 1400 calorie diet?
I burned today 535 calories today.
Will that be good with a 1400 calorie diet to lose weight?

Learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories for several weeks. Then reevaluate your progress.0 -

Ditch the measuring cups and get a kitchen scale. They're only $12 or so, but they will change your life. Proper tools make any job easier.0 -

You have no idea how many calories you're actually eating. You asked how to lose weight, and the answer is log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Weigh everything. Logging is simple, but it ain't easy. Logging works.0
