OK I am so in, so I have been on this trek for 215 days and feeling really disapointed in myself over the holidays. I started at 240lbs and down to 186lbs with still 46lbs to go for my goal weight. I am still considered obese by the BMI chart ( http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm ) Looking for some new friends for encouragement and surport.

I'm in! Just reached my heaviest weight ever after Christmas stay with family in Puerto Rico - land of fried, starchy foods. Ugh! Already down 3 lbs since returning 3 days ago but tipping the scale over 160 was painful to see as well as looking fat in all the family pics.

I'm in. Despite maintaining a deficit I didn't lose anything at all in December which is wildly infuriating (I added running back in to my exercise programme so I think my poor body's still adjusting to EVEN MORE EXERCISE) so I'm totally in. With bells on.

Hello... I am interested in being in joining this group and being accountable to others. I have put on 20+ pounds in the last year and was already 20+ pounds heavier than I like to be prior to that. I broke my back a year and half ago... and just had my second surgery in October. Unfortunately my doctor has restricted all exercise until April. I would like to try lose weight via eating healthy and counting calories, until I can begin to exercise again.
