I am back to MFP and ready for support. I am a 68 yr female from the Sacramento Ca area. I just started with a trainer for 3 sessions and hoping I can work in my budget for a bunch more. I just found out I am sensitive to wheat, eggs, peanut and milk products. I am not a big vegetable eater but know I need to be so am looking for great yet easy recipes in that area. Hope to hear from a few of you out there in MFP land. Happy 2015

I'm starting back with MFP, too! I'm soon to be 50, "Gramsie" to a beautiful little girl, expecting a grandson in April. I used MFP a few years ago to lose weight for my son's wedding -- lost about 40 pounds. Here I am, three years later, having gained all that weight back -- and then some! Now, I'm experiencing some health issues (HBP, "borderline" sugar problems) caused by my weight and the fact that I'm no spring chicken anymore! Time to get serious -- AGAIN! I need some accountability and support. Let's do this thing!0
