I could use tips and motivation since i somehow tend to lose it, I'm easy to talk to!

Welcome to MFP. I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey. I wish I had some insightful and motivational tips...but I am in need of that myself. I heard it say that it takes twenty-one days to form a habit. So maybe once you find the perfect health trend, to follow it until it becomes a routine. Part of your day. If that makes sense. Keep the end goal in mind and know you are worth every drop of sweat and all the hard work it takes to lose the weight and to live a healthy life style. As I said, I may not have a lot of tips and I need to find the motivation myself, but feel free to send me a friend request and we could motivate and support each other. I log on every day.0

Thanks! I will as soon as the app stops malfunctioning, it won't let me go to your profile, so i have no idea why... but thank you it is really hard to find the will power when all the unhealthy food is delicious haha hopefully i can learn to control my cravings somehow, I hope you accomplish your goal whether it be gaining or losing weight0

I am attempting to lose weight...but it would be much easier if the healthy food tasted as good as the unhealthy food. Another thing to add to my resolutions for 2015...will power. Best of luck getting the app to work...I will send you a friend request and see if that works better.0

Will power is definitely a big factor! I hope we can help each other out with the little we know i tend to google stuff but it is always nice to have someone on the same boat Just accepted your request btw your dog is adorable! I have two myself!0

Thanks for accepting and thanks for the comments on Lilly...(my dog ) Rosco is my other dog. They add a lot of fun into life. Yes it always helps to have others on the same boat to help support one another.0
