May 1 was the anniversary of the day I took my life in my own hands. I was 360lbs. I wore a size 32/5x. Now I am 193lbs and a size 14/large. I'm not at goal yet but I have never been so happy. I have developed this love for myself that I find strange still because a year ago I was so miserably depressed and hated everything about me. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I am happy with me. One year and 167lbs lost has changed me forever.
