New to MFP - any advice welcome!

Hi y'all! So just signed up after feeling like I have hot bottom. Between nursing school, home life and work I have gained a staggering 50 lbs over the past year or so. All time high of 180lbs for Christmas. Yay (not!) Starting tomorrow I am getting back into running and starting T25. Would love some fitness friends to help me stay motivated and that I can share successes/failures with. If anyone is willing, please add me :)

    I'm in a similar situation as you. Starting back running and going into Week 2 on T25.

  • 12/29 planning to start T25 today for a head start on the New Year and New ME
  • I too am back on T25 as of Saturday. I am so sore today but I'm in that mindset that I will do this! So feel free to add me as well! We can do it!
