What does the cheese want you to do? ;)

Cheese is the one food type I could never give up. Cheese in moderation is fine. Enjoy some cheese.

Cheese, glorious cheese. I have said many times, I would rather give up years of my life than give up cheese. Everything is better with cheese. Hard cheese, soft cheese, pungent cheese, sharp cheese, cheese sauce, cheese dip, French cheese, German Cheese, any kind of cheese. The more the better. Not such thing as moderation when it comes to cheese

I eat cheese ALL THE TIME! There is NO issues with it not getting into my allotted calorie target each day. Eat the right amount of cheese and you'll be fine. I love Brie, Cheddar, Fontina, Mozzarella, etc.. Cheese per serving (1oz) is about 110-120 calories. Eaten with bread or crackers, they satisfy me in the AM or as a snack.

I refuse to ever give up cheese.......of course I like more of a yogurt, farmers, feta and blue cheese type of cheese. Some stuff is just too processed and gross.

We got a big wheel full of cheese for Christmas. It's a bit hard not to eat the whole thing, so I sympathize. One ounce of cheese is pretty sad.

Sadly I can't find a picture of it, but Zabar's cheese aisle has 100-lb wheels of cheese. In the grocery store. My kind of place.

Cheese is my downfall too....I could easily overeat with cheese...so I sympathize!! I find parmesan cheese is fairly low calorie and satisfying on all kinds of stuff.

    I love cheese:
    Feta
    Brie
    Manchego
    Peccorino
    Parmeggiano reggiano
    Bufalo mozzarella
    Gruyere

To name but a few of my favorites but the list really goes on forever.

I love all cheese equally. It is my biggest weakness & temptation. I can sit down and eat a whole block of cheese & crackers if I don't watch it ha ha :)

My only problem with cheese is that once I eat some I have a hard time stopping and it is quite calorie-dense. Oh well, more bike intervals...

I think I'm going to make a strong cheese sauce, stabilize it with sodium citrate, and them form it into slices. Imagine a St. Andre grilled cheese.
