    Never heard of it.. is it similar to Jillian Michaels 30DS?

    It is a 30 day meal plan designed to kick start fat loss. I wasn't sure if it was a fad thing or if it really works, so I was hoping someone on here has tried it!

    Sounds like a fad as soon as you said "meal plan" and "kick start" in the same sentence of a program.

    Yeah, I know nothing of it but don't waste your money. Just eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight.

    There really is nothing out there that can "kick start" weight loss outside of a deficit. I would suggest getting a food scale so you can be as accurate with your calories as possible.

    I follow her Facebook. She posts a lot of fitness stuff. I like her and the work outs she posts but I haven't tried her program.

    I agree that there isn't a meal plan that can "kick start" weight loss. Weight loss is more of a psychological thing when it comes to getting started. If these meal plans do anything, they may persuade someone that they can lose weight. But other than that, there is no real value.
