Okay, so I'm already a member of two weight loss challenges (Midsummer Meltdown and Harry Potter challenge [SLYTHERIN] :glasses:), but what motivates me almost as much as seeing the scale goal down (and maybe even more) is my fitness level. So I'm posing a six week fitness challenge to myself and anyone that wants to join me. Beginning May 9th and ending June 20, we will have six weeks to reach a fitness goal(s). The goal can be whatever you like, big OR small, as long as it is related to fitness or exercise.

For example, you can post that you want to increase the number of pushups you can do, a program you want to complete, a certain workout you want to do so many times per week, or maybe you want to increase the distance or speed that you can run.

The rules are simple. Make an initial post with your starting level/conditioning (what you can do now--if it applies) and your goal on or by May 9th. Afterwards, check in at least once a week with any progress you've made! You can also post weekly goals leading up to your big one if you'd like.

Alright, ready to get prettysexyBUFF?! I'll start! :happy:

What I can do now:
20 pushups
Run 1.5 miles in 15:00

PrettySexyBUFF Goal:
40 pushups
Run 1.5 miles in 13:00
Complete Phase 1 of New Rules of Lifting for Women

    I currently weigh 209
    Currently wear a size 16 pants

    My PrettySexyBUFF Goal:
    I want to be under 200 lb. ( im not caring how far at this point)
    I want to fit in my old size 14 pants (comfortably is the key)

    Body weight bench press: 15 reps
    Max bench: 190
    Shoulder Press: 100

    ManlySexyBUFF Goal:

    I would like to surpass the ADVANCED level crossfit lifting standards for my weight.
    Weight: No more than 138
    Body weight bench press: 20 reps
    Max Bench: 208
    Shoulder Press: 125
  • At this point i havnt been able to make it to the gym too often, im mainly focused on my diet at this point.
