Hi, I'm Ray. I started using MFP about six months ago and my goal was to lose ten pounds. I weighed about 167 lbs, now I'm at 152 lbs, where I plan to stay. I work out 3-5 days a week, mostly I walk and do light weights. I walk trails and parks during the summer and then at the gym during the winter.
I also recently got a Nutri-Bullet for Christmas and I'm having a fantastic time using it. I'm excited to add another tool to my workout and health regime.
I live in Parker Colorado and I'm retired and travel during the nice months of the year.
