Practically "friendless."

I'm Renee and I am 53 years old and peri-menopausal. I want to throw that in there because I'm sure there are others like me who are experiencing the day to day roller coaster that this causes. I'm a no-excuses type woman who believes that anything and everything is within my power to change. I don't deal with excuses well from anyone else either and appreciate it when people poke me when I slide toward the excuse mode.

With that said, I am looking for like minded individuals to "befriend" on here so I can view their success and gain motivation & support and will offer the same.
