Hi all,

I've been using the My Fitness Pal tracker for almost a year now, and had some good results up until recently. The holidays have really gotten in the way of things... :) I really enjoy the app on my phone, but I need a better support system! I'm hoping the community forums will help me get back on track. Over the summer and fall I was pretty good about going to yoga and running fairly often. I've been going to yoga less, and with it being dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home, I haven't been running at all. I would love to join a gym, but it's a little too expensive for me right now. I've been having a hard time motivating myself to figure out another way to get in exercise. It's tough when I get home from work to want to exercise when the couch is the first thing I see when I walk in the door. So I'm hoping that reading about other people's triumphs and challenges that they've overcome will help me find the motivation I need!
