battle to lose 3 stone over the next 6 months any ideas?

I have just joined in the last three days to MFP. Morning, I have already lost a lot of weight recently, and have plataued with very little weight loss. I currently commute in and out of work 5-6 days a week aswell as going to the gym for 3-4 days a week. I seem to be having problems with nutrition and was looking for some help on how to battle this eat healthy and start to shed the pounds.

    Read the sticky posts.

    Log what you eat now for a month.

    Calculate the calories you need to have a daily deficit of 200-500 calories.

    Start with that.

    Thanks I have reduced by a deficit of of 410 Calories to start, will weigh every week to check progress.
