I have really let myself go..there I said it. I have gained close to 30 lbs in a year and a half. I want to get back to looking and feeling great. Please join me let's support each other.

    Ready to get Started!!!!!!! I'm so happy and motivated to get started. I'm starting with a 21- day Challenge no Junk food with my co workers that's where all my junk get consumed. We start tomorrow. Then after that were doing the 90 day biggest loser. Neve did a competition but so looking forward. Let's get it 2015!!!!!

    Hey there, I'm similar to you, since I started uni and started a relationship (both over a year now) I put on around a stone and a half to two stone. Now I'm in the mind set to lose it all again! Good luck :D
