New to the community

Never joined a fitness community before, but here goes.

Trying to lose the weight and mostly get back in shape. My work schedule changed mid October, throwing a wrench in my usual daily eating/exercising routine. Obviously have put on the pounds.

I am trying to get back to the shape I had before whilst integrating exercising in a new routine. This year, I am determined to find a way to get back on track. Wish me luck!

    Wish I could just give you a "like" - best of luck! Remember, it takes some time to plan, shop, prepare - mindless grazing is certainly faster but doesn't give the desired results. I'm sure you can do it!

    thank all. i am working on incorporating the recipes from Skinnytaste to MFP as i make alot from there. low fat, and easily calculating in ingredients and their caloric value! so excited now!
