    Weight loss is not linear.

Two weeks is a stall, not a plateau and not long enough to gage by.

Try changing up your workout routine, or switching around the types of food that you eat. :)

Wait it out. If you haven't lost in another 2-3 weeks, then take a look into your logging to see where you're going wrong.

After a fast loss like that that can be normal. Stick with your plan. The brain may just be concerned your food supply is running low. :)

Patience. It sounds like you're on the right track, and sometimes weight loss stalls for short periods of time before resuming. It's annoying but expected and normal.

Congratulations! That's really great - and fast.... Nine kg - that's 20 pounds for my American friends - is a lot for eight weeks! Let your body adjust and keep doing what you are doing. "Nature can not be rushed, yet everything is being accomplished" - Lao Tsu

Now I only lost 2 more Kg in a month while I am cutting 8000 cal per week. I read that I might need to shock my body for a couple of days with high cal. Did anyone try this

You don't have much to lose, so 2kg in a month may be realistic for you. You may want to try increasing your deficit. Try going down by about 100 calories a day, and see what happens. Take it out of your carbs, not protein.

Many will say this has nothing to do with weight loss, but your fiber is really low. You should be aiming for close to 30 g of fiber a day. The first day I viewed had 0 grams of fiber. The second had 6. Eating more green leafies can help with this, without adding a lot of calories. Beans have a lot of fiber. If you chose to increase fiber, try for about 5 grams at first, give your body a chance to adapt, then 5 grams more. For the sake of your long-term health, you really want to be getting enough fiber. Also, fiber can make it harder for your body to digest food, so you get fewer usable calories in the food you eat when you increase your fiber intake.

    Good luck :)

His goal is already lower than the minimum intake for men should be, so dropping calories will not be good.

OP, you're eating more than you think. 1kg a week is too aggressive a goal going by your ticker anyway. Change your deficit to somewhere between .25 and .5 kg per week, invest in a food scale, and start weighing and logging your food more accurately.
