I'm a college student with a part time job, and looking to lose 60 pounds. I could use some motivation and support to keep me on track.

    Hey, I'm a former college student. Left about a year ago now. Gained quite a bit of weight over the year so i decided that i wanted to lose. Always been a big chap, and a bigger nerd lol, but i thought it would be fun to try. I think the main thing to keep in mind in this whole thing is the reason you want it. Personally i just wanna get in shape. My motivation stems from some insane drive I've found over the last month. I'm not exactly big on diets because i think they are a bit hard to do for only a short amount of time. I've treated this thing as a healthy life change, something i want to stick to for the rest of my life. In short its about keeping realistic goals. And also having fun while you do it! :D
