Hi! I'm Josh. I have been off and on MFP for about 3 years now (this is my 4th account!). I have struggled with an eating disorder for about five years; from severe restriction to binging to over-exercising and bulimia. I have experienced it all. In the past I surrounded myself with negative influences and used MFP to fuel my disorder. I have since started IIFYM, increased my caloric goals and look forward to seeing the results of doing this. I'm not really trying to lose or gain weight, but rather just build a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

I would love if you sent me a friend request! The support is always appreciated and I upport you all in return! :D

HAPPY NEW YEAR! :#:p

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU TOO! :#
  • Hi Josh! A big part of your future success, is going to be about tenacity, and sticking with your dream. When your why for change, is greater than all of the chatter in your mind and those little demons, that try to tell you you're unworthy to be happy, fulfilled, feeling good about yourself; and When you are set upon seeking to become successful in obtaining what you desire. It is then, that no obstacle will be able to stop you in your pursuit of your dreams! Josh, you've got a friend....and I personally know what it is like to wear your emotions on your shoulders! Keep pushing forward no matter the obstacle or chatter in your mind. If you're not already, become an avid reader and applier of personal development materials. One of my favorites is Jim Rhon. Check him out, if you haven't already. To your future success! B)
