    Just because it's a cliche don't let it stop you

    Remember weight is lost in the kitchen, so get your weighing and logging sorted and eat at a calorie defecit and you will do fine

    I was over15 stone when I started,everyone has to start somewhere :smile:

    Well I am just starting today and I am 21 stones! EEEK! My baby weight stuck with me! I wanna be 10 stones!

    Yes Rabbitjb I've been doing alot of reading past month or so, so going to be watching my intake and trying to make right intake choices! Thanks for your reply.

    Hey... I'm sure we can both do it chick! 21 Stine just means your success will just take a little longer but just as important!, I'm ment to be 10st for my height so we both have same end target... Just take it day at a time and don't thinkwe should over think it. :)
