Feet hurting and working out

I am a small framed woman and I have gained more weight than I am comfortable with. The latest issue I have had is that my feet hurt *really* bad! I used to be so fit. I have completed several of the Beachbody workouts as well as others plus brisk walking (I don't like running.)
I have done T25 and am really feeling guided to do that again, but my feet hurt so badly when I wake up. I think the plantar facitiis (sp?) is acting up because of my excess weight.
I seems to get worse when I briskly walk.
Maybe starting with Vinyasa Yoga would be the way to go, or to do PiYo again.
I am on here recording my food again and am really making an effort to lose this weight.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of workouts I can do that aren't hard on the feet. I know that once some of this weight is gone (I have always been a mostly fit person up until the last year or two)
TIA :-)

I had the same issue a few years ago, when I would get out of bed in the morning my feet hurt terribly….something that helped me was freezing 2 water bottles (the ones that are indented in the middle) and rolling my feet over the frozen bottles a few times a day. It is not pleasant, but it worked and the pain went away.

Cycling.. swimming.. strength training..
Or do your normal exercises wearing a supportive insole, like Superfeet or Powerstep.
As soon as your feet improve, stop wearing the insoles, or your feet will get reliant on them.
For the plantar fasciitis, stretch your plantar fascia hourly (instructions are on Youtube) and wear a Strassburg sock at night.0 -
I've recently developed this with my left foot. It's at it's worst in the morning when I get out of bed. Looking it up, it seems I've got plantar fascitis so I've been doing some stretches for that and they do seem to help. Thanks for the frozen water bottle tip, I will try that too.0

Thanks so much. I have done the frozen water bottle before when I had a PF flare-up a while back. This feels like that plus it just feels like my bones and tendons hurt. I will go to YouTube and find some exercises and maybe that will help.
One thing I know is that it's a huge motivator to lose this weight.0 -
Swimming, recumbent bikes or ellipticals are going to be easier on the feet/joints.
Maybe wearing 15-20 mmHg compression socks?0
