    My Plan is to track my calories, and keep working out 30 minutes a day, making sure that I don't drop below a 500 calorie deficit. I'm going for slow and steady towards my goal weight of 130.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I actually started this week at 181 coming off of the holidays and eating a bunch of crap. I'm on my 4th day of a strict 7 day kick start diet and just started Les Mills Combat and have lost 4 pounds and 2.25" so far! I'm feeling awesome! :smile:

  • I guess That I estimated when I first posted. ( I had put in my weight as 215. I know that I didnt lose 4 lbs in 3 days.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Pretty much plateued through christmas break so that's great. I was hoping to be 125 now, but I'll take 126.

    I've also decided to start alternate day fasting, but I count calories on all the days to be safe. I really like it so far. Hopefully i'll continue to lose with it :D

    Struggles or successes of your week: I've been yo-yo'ing up and down about 5 pounds for several months now. Hope that now the holidays are over I'll be able to stick to eating better and exercising more.
