    celery but even celery has lots calories if you eat a ton of it.

    Bell peppers, cucumbers, and bananas give me lots of energy. Tea and water also keep me feeling full.

    Chopped salad with vinegar! I have to have a big (Okay, HUGE) bowl at least once every day. It fills me up, taste wonderful and has very, very few calories. Big bang for your calorie buck for sure.

    Baby carrots are my go to! Since they are crunchy and I have chew I feel full faster and they are a little sweet.
