5'10" tall ladies, what do you weigh/measure??

Hey ladies,

I am trying to see what everyone is around for their weight and measurement. I am always seeing a lot of shorter people on here but not too many tall people, so if you are around 5"10 come and join the convo !

These are my current stats with my weight and measurements and would love to be able to compare my height range with some other people!

Height: 5'10"
Current Weight: 245.6 lbs
Wrist: 6.6”
Waist: 36”
Hip: 49.8”
Forearm: 10.5”
Upper Arm: 12.8”
Chest: 42”
Thigh: 28.9”

What is everyone else at ? and what is your goal ??

    I haven't taken many measurements in a while, but

    5'9", around 148 and 22% body fat. recent pics on my profile. I am fine with how I am, but I would like to get down to 20% body fat, but no lower.

    Wrist: 6
    Waist: 28
    Hips:37 (depending where people measure this, mine is the top of my hip bones)
    Forearm: 9.5
    Upper arm 10.5
    Chest: 32 :-(
    Thigh: 23.5 (widest part near the top)

    My goal weight is 145 but don't care as long as I'm in a size 4/6

    Hips:37 (depending where people measure this, mine is the top of my hip bones)
    Forearm: 9.5
    Upper arm 10.5
    Chest: 32 :-(
    Thigh: 23.5 (widest part near the top)

    My goal weight is 145 but don't care as long as I'm in a size 4/6

    5'10" weighed in at 210.5 this morning. Waist 33.5, Hips 46, bust 42, thigh 28

    I started at 245 lbs, heaviest 259. Goal 170.

    Forearm: 13
    Upper arm: 16
    Chest: 43
    Thigh (ugh): 33.5
    Bonus ankles: 24

    Goal weight is the weight I was in high school :3. At that point I was :

    178 lbs
    Hips at fullest: 39
    Waist: 30
    Upper arm: 12
    Thigh: 26
    I didn't keep track of my bust but I know it was at least 37''.

    If you couldn't tell, I carry most of my weight in my legs. :P
  • I'm 5'10 and 160. It's SO easy for weight to slowly creep up when you are this tall. I only recently realized I was starting to get a bit overweight.

    I really want to get down to 150lbs again that's my "ideal weight", but I was most comfortable at 170lbs which is my "mini" goal right now

  • Im 5"9 and a half!

    I started off in April at 178lb, with a goal weight of 148lb.

    I now weigh 146, my waist is 28inches.

    I have'nt measured my hips, thighs but they're the biggest part of me. My new goal is 140lbs, to see if I can bring my thighs into scale with the rest of me. :D

    Thanks very much I carry all my body fat in my butt! which is why I am trying to lift to get rid of it :flowerforyou:

    Waist 26.3
    Hips 40.5 :( Major fatass

    I want to get down to 145.

    I am 5 foot 10, weigh 170 right now, and I am hoping to get to the 145 range. When I was training with a trainer, the lowest I could get was 150. I am struggling to lose the weight I have gained. I have started lifting heavy 3 days a week but have seen little progress in 5 weeks. The only thing I have noticed is that my legs aren't as bumpy, and now have a smooth appearance. I am trying to eat around 1500 calories a day. But I am having a tough time losing, when before I would drop weight very easily.

    I am 55 yrs. old and weigh an unhealthy 186 but lost 23 lbs. last year. Should have lost more but at least I lost something. Goal is 150. Who knows. Could be the year.

    I'm 5'11 not sure on my measurements but I weight 209 with a goal somewhere in the healthy range according to WebMD it's between 133-179. I'm aiming for the 170's for now and will be adjusting my goals when I reach them.

    37 years 5'11" I topped off at 192 and CW is 166. I def carry my weight on hips, thighs and rear! My initial goal is 160 would be the smallest since puberty. Once I hit that I'll reaccess a new goal and see how my body looks and feels. Oh and started at 40% fat, now down to 27%!! Making changes but have slowed over the holidays, time to buckle back down.
