Never joined a fitness community before, but here goes.

Trying to lose the weight and mostly get back in shape. My work schedule changed mid October, throwing a wrench in my usual daily eating/exercising routine. Obviously have put on the pounds.

I am trying to get back to the shape I had before whilst integrating exercising in a new routine. This year, I am determined to find a way to get back on track. Wish me luck!
