UK nerd looking to lose 8 stones.

So, i'm 19 and from the UK and i need to lose some weight. I've been a big guy for most of my life but i thought it would be fun to do this. I'm a month and two weeks into my new lifestyle and i'm thoroughly enjoying it. I've lost a stone and half so far, so i'm doing well! Cut out all the junk i used to eat and have replaced it all with good stuff. As you can probably tell from my profile pic and name i am a massive nerd. Anyway i just thought it would be fun to introduce myself. To losing weight everybody!

    Hiya - I'm also in the UK and have roughly 5 stone to shred (drs want me to do 8 lol!) Anyway have sent you a friends request and lest do this!!!
