I am also a newbie. I just started the Flat Belly diet and am on day 4 and have already shed about 2.5 pounds. I am optimistic that MyFitnessPal will help me to stay motivated and accountable. The best thing, my husband is on the diet with me.0

MFP is a great tool and it's so addicting! I find the most important thing is to be consistent and log in every day. It helps me stay focused and keeps me motivated. Good luck!0
