My eating has really gotten out of control these past few years and I am at my heaviest I have ever been- 250ish. Anyways, I really struggle with my eating. I am a single mom of two. I work full time and I have a full house of people. Lol. Anyways, I really need some help with eating ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I struggle because I am really addicted to sugar andeat out too much each week. I have just started back at the gym two weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out the information at Nutritionsource. The Healthy Eating Plate and and clicking the "what should I eat" tab will get you lots of real, science-based, no-advertising information from Harvard's School of Public Health. A really well designed site for getting a quick introduction to healthy eating.0

One step at a time and you will reach your goals!! Just one little step. We all had to go through that so please don't be too hard on yourself. Another thing is to not to deprive yourself. Feel free to add me if you'd like!0

Start with logging. Eat what you normally do, but at a caloric deficit.0

Ok. Yeah, I used to log and then have a hard time logging now. It's like I have an aversion to logging now. Lol. I know I have learned some really bad behaviors and habits that are hard to break.0

It's difficult but sit down and plan out your meals for the week. Look on Allrecipes, Pinterest, etc for things that sound good and are easy. We do a ton of crockpot meals since they're easy and there's usually leftovers for lunch the next day.
Side effect of doing this is you'll likely spend less at the grocery store too.0 -
Thanks for the helpful tips!0

Baby steps! Challenge yourself to one health resolution every week and continue to add new ones! Before you know it what you struggles with week 1 will become a healthy habit habit in no time! For me I find that having a healthy breakfast makes me want to have a healthy lunch and then by dinner I don't want to blow all my hard work! You can do it! You've made the first step and asked for help and identified what you need to change! I know you can accomplish your goals!

Do you eat out a lot to save time? Would it help to spend a day a week or fortnight bulk cooking?
There are some great websites and blogs for ideas.
Just a couple: here and a Pinterest board0
