Does anyone else struggle to eat anough calories to maintain

That is a good one! I have to remember that because a. I get bored from running more than 2 miles and b. it really does take a lot of work and to WANT to look like that is a good point because takes serious dedication to doing so.0 -

Love this quote! And yeah girls can lift heavy while still looking feminine. Just means that sometimes we can show up the BOYS in the gym with a dumbbell in our hand

I have such a hard time eating all the calories I am supposed to eat just to maintain. Right now I am drinking a protein shake with yogurt in it just to try to get a few more calories before bed.0

this is the site i use to look at how many calories i need for either maintaining, losing or gaining, and it shows per amount each week you prefer to lose or gain.
