Weigh what I eat
Log everything I eat
Cut DOWN on the crap (not cut out)
Eat more fruit and veg

I think the best thing about me losing the weight with myfitnesspal is that I know so much more about diet and exercise than before! I know what BALANCE means and its not going for a run once a month then thinking i can eat triple the calories back at mcdonalds and still lose weight!! Hoping that keeps me in good stead to maintain!
